I disagree. If Nacy doesn't want a person to speak at a private family memorial that's her business. When Regan sought out and won the presidency he gave up some of his privacy.

Friday has been declared a national day of mourning. As a national event Clinton should be invited to speak.

It's not her husband we're memorializing but Our President. I think Billy can be good for 5 minutes. If he screws up a speach at Regan's memorial his book might tank.
