I was actually at Hoboken earlier tonight with my friends for a birthday celebration. It was nice exploring downtown and seeing the diverse restaurants, stores, beautiful people and the waterfront. Much of the walk involved exploring Washington Ave, the Stevens Institute of Technology, and the waterfront properties. What was most interesting are that the waterfront condos were built on formerly dilapidated industrial zones before forward-thinking officials decided to rezone the area to attract developers and residents.
