ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Learn a fabulous self-care technique, used by professional athletes and dancers, to literally roll muscle tension out of your body. Using a variety of soft and hard rubber balls, you can give yourself a deep tissue massage.

After 20 years as an editor and journalist covering travel, food and health, Suzanne Ausnit received her RYT teacher certification from Yoga Zone in 1998 and is currently registered at the 500-hour certification level through Yoga Alliance.Space is limited: Participants must pre-register.
