A Midwinter Night's Bash

The 13th annual HOHA Snowball – a night of Cuban food, great music, and dancing – is set for Friday, Feb. 6, at the Elks Lodge, 1005 Washington St. in Hoboken.

The event, sponsored by the Hoboken Harriers Running Club and the Elks Lodge, is open to the public, not only runners and Elks. For an $20 advance ticket ($25 at the door), guests get a dinner catered by Hoboken's Cuban restaurant La Isla and a free drink, with a cash bar thereafter.

Entertainment includes live music by locally renowned and loved band, The Plumbers.

Doors open at 7 p.m., and food will be served until 9:15 p.m. The event, which will also include a 50/50 raffle, lasts until 11:30PM.

Proceeds benefit United Cerebral Palsy of Hudson County and the Jubilee Family Life Center, a non-denominational community center that provides after school programs for local youths.
