The Boys & Girls Club is more than a place, it is a "movement" to inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
By reaching children at an early age and providing positive activities and encouragement, our Clubs provide a compelling alternative to youth crime, gang membership, drugs, and other negative influences that effect our youth today.
The Environment Committee of Hoboken is the volunteer environmental organization of Hoboken, New Jersey. For over 25 years it has fostered community spirit and encouraged citizen participation in projects to better Hoboken's environment.
WELCOME!
Do you love to read -- pick up a new magazine, or browse the shelves of the latest releases in fiction or non-fiction?
Do you want to support the community, think it's important to make all the resources of the Hoboken Public Library - from new bestsellers, to children's books, to research materials, to Internet access, to books-on-tape, to videos and DVDs of classic movies - the best they can be?
HISTORY OF THE FUND FOR A BETTER WATERFRONT
The mission of the Fund for a Better Waterfront (FBW) is to secure the water's edge along the Hudson River as public parkland that will be enjoyed by people of all walks of life for generations to come. In Hoboken, FBW's successful battles over the past twelve years have helped to build a waterfront park that is now 70% complete. The opportunity to finish the missing links in Hoboken's waterfront park is now tantalizingly close and would result in a prototype for waterfront planning.
The Hoboken Chamber of Commerce was established to advance a positive image of Hoboken as a supportive, clean and safe community to conduct business, live, shop, entertain.
Our emphasis is in promoting and advancing the commercial, professional, industrial, and civic interest of the community. The chamber will also lobby local, county, state and federal government to protect the interests of the city.
Innovative plans and programs to create growth opportunities in Hoboken's busiess, industrial and residential districts will be developed.
Mission
The Jubilee Center exists to equip children from Hoboken's public housing neighborhood with the tools not only to survive, but to overcome the many barriers they face in their young lives.
Contribute to the Jubilee Center.

La tierra de Borinquen
Donde he nacido yo
Es un jardin florido
De magico primor
Un cielo siempre nitido
Le sirve de dosel
Y dan arrulos placidos
Las olas a sus pies
Cuando a sus playas llego colon...
Exclamo lleno de admiracion...
Oh! Oh! Oh!
Esta es las linda tierra
Que busco yo
Es borinquen la isla
La isla del mar y sol
Del mar y el sol
Del mar y el sol
Del mar y el sol
